Product Detail

Hikari® Cichlid Excel® is a top - notch fish food specially made for herbivorous fish. This well - crafted formula combines wheat - germ, spirulina, vitamins, and minerals, offering a highly nutritious diet. Our floating pellets are easy to digest, boost fish color vividly, and promote excellent growth. Key features include: Floating food that is easy for fish to access. It enhances fish color aggressively, is quickly digested by fish, and spurs rapid growth. The floating pellets are rich in wheat - germ to improve digestibility and contain pure - cultured spirulina for fast color enhancement. They have lower protein levels suitable for herbivorous and omnivorous species. The uniquely formulated nutrient mix contains stabilized vitamin C to support the fish's immune system, high vitamin E for increased amino acids, and linolenic acid for healthy organs and active reproduction. It's also ideal for larger tropical fish. Available in Mini Pellet and Medium Pellet sizes, both 8.8 oz.

To use this Hikari Cichlid Excel Floating Pellet, simply sprinkle the appropriate amount into your fish tank based on the number and size of your fish. Feed your fish 2 - 3 times a day, and only give them as much as they can consume within a few minutes. When storing, keep the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This will help maintain the freshness and nutritional value of the pellets. Don't overfeed your fish as it can lead to water pollution and health problems for the fish. If you have different types of fish in the tank, make sure this food is suitable for all of them. Also, keep an eye on your fish's health and behavior to see if they are responding well to the food.
