Product Detail

Features:

  • Generates a natural heat source similar to the sun, without visible light, allowing you to heat your reptiles at night.
  • The long-wave infrared heat from the Reptizoo ceramic heat emitter effectively creates basking heat for your reptiles, heating them from above like the sun in the wild, without disrupting their day-night cycle.
  • Boosts the ambient temperature in the terrarium.
  • Penetrates scales and skin tissue to warm the blood, keeping your reptile's metabolism at an optimal level for good health.
  • Has an extremely long lifespan (up to 10,000 hours).
  • Suitable for desert or tropical environments.
  • Comes with standard E27 fittings.
  • Won't crack when splashed with water, ideal for high-humidity terrariums.
  • Uses 100% imported nickel alloy heating wire.
  • Should be used only with suitable ceramic lamp fittings.
  • Comes as a 2-bulb value pack.

Available in the following models:

  • DL180060AD - 60W
  • DL180100AD - 100W
  • DL180150AD - 150W

Using these Reptizoo ceramic infrared heat emitters is easy. First, make sure you have a suitable ceramic lamp fitting that matches the standard E27 fittings of the bulbs. Then screw the bulbs into the fitting and place it in your reptile's terrarium. You can use it day or night, but it's especially great for nighttime heating as it doesn't emit visible light. When choosing a model, consider your reptile's needs and the size of the terrarium - you have options of 60W, 100W, or 150W. These bulbs are designed to last up to 10,000 hours, but handle them with care. Avoid splashing water on them while they're hot, although they won't crack if water splashes on them. Keep the terrarium clean and the bulbs free from dust for optimal performance. Also, make sure to turn off the bulbs when you're doing any maintenance in the terrarium.
